Austrian ski group is back on British soil

Just got back to England, still a 6 hour journey to go to get back to school. It's been an excellent trip with lots of skiing, laughs, challenges and birthday celebrations. The students have been amazing and have represented the school well.

In the morning the group went on a political assignment to the German Parliamentary building the Reichstag. This was followed by lunch at the Brandenburg Gate. Horbury Bear had a particularly good time!

In the afternoon the group visited the Olympic Stadium. This was a highly interesting and enjoyable experience for all students, especially the girls who took a liking to their tour guide!

P.S. Financial tip. Parents looking to invest any cash would be well advised to consider share options in Dunkin' Donuts (Germany). We're almost certain share prices will increase after a strong surge in sales due to our visit!

From there it was off to Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. A sobering yet rewarding experience, witnessing the atrocities of the Nazi regime.

1 day to go!

Hopefully everyone’s packed and got their sun cream, hats and gloves. I’ll be shopping tonight to find a forfeit for the skier of the day to wear (let’s hope I don’t get it too many times!) See you all in the morning for the journey ahead of us.
