Despite the snow, we are making good time. We will be back at the Academy earlier than scheduled. Expect us between 5:00pm and 5:30pm. The Academy gates will be opened when the bus arrives. Students have been asked to ring or text parents as they get closer to home.
Thank you to all parents for supporting this trip, a real life experience for each member of the group.

Ullswater -Last Day
We all survived the night out in the woods. Happy faces this morning with the knowledge they have all done something new and they actually enjoyed it!
Ullswater trip
The group are all tucked up in their sleeping bags after a very full day of activities and challenges. With top quality statements such as "this is the best experience of my life" and "I've learned a lot about myself and some skills" I think it'll be a trip to remember. . .

We've had lunch, got on the steamer and canoed to our camp area for tonight. Now setting up camp. Some tired faces appearing now.

Day 2 has started with rain and some snow on higher ground. Breakfast done for everyone (some people quicker than others) and getting ready for our adventures today.

Ullswater trip
After a dip in the lake and dinner in the centre the group then get all the kit ready for a full day and night out tomorrow. Students now have free time to use the games room, watch films, have a hot chocolate and get some sleep before tomorrow's adventures.
